While the Board will review all meeting agenda requests, not all requests will be approved or added as an agenda item to a Board meeting. Please submit all Board meeting requests, including related documents) at least 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled Board meeting (refer to calendar). Requests submitted after the 2-week deadline will be considered for a later meeting date.
