Below is a description of each communication type available for request. Please refrain from using ALL CAPS in your messages.
- Bayou Buzz (Monthly Magazine) - A monthly magazine sent via US postal mail to homeowners on the 1st of the month. Please submit club and group announcements or articles by the 9th date of the prior month. *For example, submit your request by Sept 9th for publication in the October Bayou Buzz. Please refrain from using ALL CAPS in your messages.
- Sweetgrass Breeze (Weekly E-blast) - A weekly email highlighting HOA and club/group events scheduled on Fridays (except in the event of an HOA holiday). E-blast submissions must be text only (no photos or graphics). All submitted requests must be in each Thursday by 3 PM to be included in the following day's E-blast. Please refrain from using ALL CAPS in your messages.
- SweetgrassTV (Digital Bulletin) - A daily digital bulletin highlighting HOA and club/group events. SweetgrassTV submissions must be in text form only (no photos or graphics). All submitted requests must be in text format within the Announcement Textbox with the following information: Event Name, Date, Time, Location, and key/important information.
