Below is a description of each communication type that is available for request.
Important Reminders:
- Please refrain from using ALL CAPS in your messages.
- All submitted messaging must be text only (copy-and-pasteable) with optional photo attachments.
Bayou Buzz (Monthly Magazine) - A monthly magazine sent via US postal mail to homeowners on the 1st of the month. All club and group announcements or articles must be submitted by the 9th of the month prior. (For example, submit your request by Sept 9th for publication in the October Bayou Buzz.) Requests submitted after the deadline will be included in the following month's magazine.
Sweetgrass Breeze (Weekly E-blast) - A weekly email highlighting HOA and club/group events scheduled on Fridays (except in the event of an HOA holiday). All announcement requests must be submitted by 3 PM each Thursday to be included in the following day's E-blast. Requests submitted after the deadline will be included in the following week's E-blast.
SweetgrassTV (Digital Bulletin) - A daily digital bulletin highlighting HOA and club/group events. SweetgrassTV submissions must be in text form only (no photos or graphics). All submitted requests must be in text format within the Announcement Textbox with the following information: Event Name, Date, Time, Location, and key/essential information.
