Whether you’re looking to cool off, get in a few laps, or simply relax, the community offers both indoor and outdoor pool options to suit every season. Enjoy sunny afternoons at the outdoor pool or take advantage of the indoor pool for year-round comfort. Both pool areas feature a spa, creating the perfect setting to unwind and recharge.

Stay active and energized in the community Fitness Center, featuring a variety of cardio, stretch, and strength training equipment to support your wellness routine. Whether you’re starting your day with a workout or winding down in the evening, the space is designed for convenient, flexible use. All persons must be at least 19 years of age to use the Fitness Center.

 

*For your safety and security, Lakehouse areas outside of the Fitness Center are secured after closing and may trigger an alarm if accessed. 

Let your pup run, play, and socialize at the community dog park, featuring two separate, gated areas for small and large dogs. It is a great space for dogs to burn off energy while connecting with their furry neighbors. Please use the gate code when entering and exiting each section. For your convenience, waste stations are located throughout the park, and a water fountain and wash station are available at the entrance. To keep the park enjoyable for everyone, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted.

 

Enjoy the vibrant outdoor sports area at the Lakehouse, featuring 4 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, and 4 bocce courts, perfect for everything from casual games to a little friendly competition. Equipment rentals are available at the Lakehouse front desk with a valid Resident ID badge, making it easy to jump in and play. All persons must be at least 12 years of age to use the sport courts.

Enjoy a little friendly competition on the Lakehouse’s 10 hole putting green, a great spot to practice your short game or simply relax and watch the action from nearby seating. To help preserve the quality of the green, please avoid placing heavy or damaging items on the surface, including folding tables and chairs. Equipment rentals are available at the Lakehouse front desk with a valid Resident ID badge.

 

The community offers two scenic park spaces designed for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment, each with its own unique charm.

 

• Sunrise Pointe Park offers a beautiful lakeside setting for gathering and recreation, complete with a fishing pier, washer pits, horseshoe areas, and a shaded gazebo with picnic tables. It's the perfect spot for spending time outdoors with friends and neighbors.
