The Lakehouse is the hub of the community! Here, you can find the association office and many of the wonderful amenities offered to Sweetgrass residents.

Our indoor and outdoor pools are open 24 hours a day with a valid resident ID badge. To access the indoor pool after hours, use the fitness center entrance.

 

 

 

Fall/Winter/Spring From Labor Day to Memorial Day Weekend   Indoor Pool: Sunday-Saturday: 2-5 PM Outdoor Pool: No outdoor children's swim hours are available.

Summer From Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend   Outdoor Pool: Sunday-Saturday: 2-5 PM Indoor Pool: No indoor children's swim hours are available.

The fitness room and locker rooms are available 24 hours per day with a valid Resident ID badge. The remainder of the building is available only during Lakehouse Hours of Operation. Please do not attempt to enter these areas after the building is closed since these areas are locked (This may cause the alarm to sound). 

 

• Limit of 6 guests per household per day.
• Guests must have a waiver on file before using facilities.
• Guests must sign in each time they visit the Lakehouse.
• Residents must remain with guests at all times. Guests may not use facilities without a resident present.

 

Hours of Operation: From dusk until dawn

 

The community dog park contains two gated sections for small and large dogs. You must enter the gate code upon entering and exiting both sections of the dog park. For your convenience, there are waste stations throughout the park. There is also a water fountain and wash station located at the entrance.
