To make any physical or structural changes to the exterior of your home or your lot, a Modification Application will need to be completed and approved by the ARC Committee. Please submit your application along with all the necessary information, for the Committee to make a decision. Take a moment to ensure your request will meet all rules and regulations before submission.
All submittals require the following:
- Modification Application (completed and signed)
- Copy of survey/plat of your lot. Be sure to indicate the location of the improvement on the copy.
- Photo examples or renderings of the improvement
- Other pertinent information regarding the improvement, as required by the design guidelines (colors, dimensions, sizes, materials, etc.)
- Application fee (if applicable)
