When homeowners buy a home in the Sweetgrass Community, they become part of our wonderful community! As members, they contribute by paying quarterly dues, which help us keep community operations running smoothly and support our reserve funds.
Del Webb Sweetgrass assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
Your 2026 assessments are:
- $2200 Annually
- $550 Quarterly
Late Payments:
- Assessments received after the due dates are subject to late fees.
- Homeowners are strongly encouraged to set up a recurring payment option to avoid late fees.
You can pay your association dues in several ways. The menu on the right details your various payment options, which include recurring payments, one-time payments, pay by mail, and automatic recurring payments.
No matter which method you choose, you will need the following information to ensure your payment is applied correctly and quickly:

Association ID: 505
Property Account Number: (6-digit number listed on your statement)
