Meet the Instructors!

Debbie:

Debbie is a passionate Group Fitness Instructor who began her journey in 2016 at the TW Davis YMCA in Richmond. With years of experience, she’s committed to helping others stay active, strong, and healthy. She believes daily movement is one of the best things you can do for your health — improving mood, sleep, and energy while reducing the risk of chronic disease. Her classes focus on functional strength training using bodyweight, weights, bands, and resistance machines to build muscle, improve balance, and support overall wellness.

Outside of fitness, Debbie is a permitted Wildlife Rehabilitator and enjoys rescuing orphaned baby mammals. She’s also an avid runner working toward her goal of completing a half marathon in all 50 states.
