  • Oversight of daily operations and staff, including Maintenance, Community Standards, Lifestyle, Office Administration, and Front Desk
  • Primary management liaison to the Board of Directors and Finance Committee
  • Preparation and oversight of annual operating and reserve budget
  • Preparation of monthly financials
  • Ensure the HOA complies with governing documents, federal, state, and local laws
  • Coordinate with professionals such as vendors, attorneys, accountants, reserve specialists, etc.
  • Ensure owners remain updated through various communication channels

  • Assist residents with website inquiries and maintain all aspects of the website administration

  • Perform a variety of custodial, building, and/or other maintenance jobs, such as power washing, painting, removing waste, etc.
  • Assist with Lakehouse and common area repairs and work orders
  • Record inventory of available supplies and report shortages
  • Perform maintenance site visits and preventative maintenance checks.
