All affairs of the association are governed by a resident Board of Directors who are elected by members of the association. Community associations are corporate entities whose board members must maintain the value of a jointly owned asset. Board members are empowered and responsible to:
- Adopt the annual budget
- Establish the rate of assessment
- Adopt and amend community rules
- Enforce the provisions of the governing documents
- Keep detailed accounting records
- Provide for the care and upkeep of the common areas
- And more!
Ultimately, the role of the board is to protect and increase property value. This is accomplished by operating the association, maintaining the common property, and enforcing the governing documents. To view Board Meeting minutes and Agendas,
