How will I receive my voting documents/ballot?
If you have an email address on your HOA account, you will receive your ballot electronically via email. If you do not have an email address on your HOA account, you will receive your ballot in the mail.
Are we using the same voting service as last year?
Yes. We will use the same company that was used the last four years: The Inspectors of Election
When can I vote?
The voting period is scheduled to open on August 20th and closes promptly at 5 pm on September 3rd. We do not anticipate changing these dates. However, if there is an unexpected need to change this schedule, it will be announced in an eblast to the Community.

What is the website for voting?
Visit www.tieivote.com to cast your vote. You will need the unique username and password included in the ballot notice mailed to you by The Inspectors of Election.

FAQ: I changed my address or email since the last election—what do I need to do?
If you’ve changed your mailing address or email, you must notify the HOA by noon on Monday, August 11th, to ensure your election materials are sent to the correct address. Remember, this is the address/email on your HOA account, NOT what's in the resident directory. Update your information by contacting the Lakehouse front desk or sending an email to
sweetgrasstx@ccmcnet.com . Remember to submit changes in advance, so that there is sufficient time to have them finalized by the deadline.
How many votes do I get?
Each household receives 1 ballot for voting. Because there are 2 open positions, you may vote for up to 2 candidates (limit 1 vote per candidate).
Can I turn in my ballot at the Lakehouse front desk?
To keep the election process completely confidential and independent, our on-site team is not able to collect any ballots at the Lakehouse. Please mail in your ballot or complete online, according to the instructors. Can I place all my votes on the same candidate?
No. We do not permit cumulative voting.
Will my wife/husband and I both receive a ballot?
Each household receives only 1 ballot. Because there are two open positions, the household can vote for 2 candidates on the 1 ballot. Attempting to submit more than one ballot per household may result in having your vote voided.
How many votes does the community need for the election?
The quorum requirement is 20%. This means we need 308 votes for the results to be official.
