Committees

 

The purpose of this committee is to review and approve/deny applications for exterior home and lot modifications, in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents, such as the design guidelines.

The purpose of the Finance Committee is to assist the Association’s Board of Directors by performing duties including, but not limited to:

 

• Reviewing the Association’s monthly financial statements.
• Providing input for the preparation of the annual budget.
• Providing input for funding of reserves.
• Reviewing the annual audit of the Association’s financial records.
• Reviewing the reserve study.
• Providing information regarding Association finances to the members.
• Assisting the Board in any other financial matters as needed.

 

The purpose of this committee is to evaluate and assist in creating an effective, active adult health and wellness programs for the Sweetgrass residents.

The purpose of this committee is act as an advisory body to the Board of Directors regarding security and safety matters as they related to the greater Sweetgrass community. This committee also acts as a liaison with local and state sponsored security and safety programs, as approved by the Board.

​​The committee's purpose is to assist in planning and implementing social events and activities hosted by the Association for the benefit of Sweetgrass residents.

The committee's purpose is to provide feedback, input, and support to the Board regarding neighborhood and community issues of interest or concern.
