Time: 10am to 11am
Description:
20 minutes of low-impact cardio, 20 minutes of strength training using hand weights, 20 minutes of stretching, and cool down Cardio will include walking in place, incorporating leg and arm movements to get the heart rate elevated. Strength will touch on all muscle groups using hand-held weights and resistance bands. Stretching will conclude the class.
