| Description: | Enjoy the combination of yoga and strength training using the participants body weight, as well as hand weights. An entire body workout including working the CORE, both abs and back, is accomplished in this class. The overall strengthening will assist in creating better balance, and allowing for ease with daily activities. All ability levels are welcome and modifications are given throughout the exercise. Participants will be moving from sitting and lying on the floor to standing and back to sitting on the floor throughout the class.
