Time: 10am to 11am

(Intermediate)
 
20 minutes of low-impact cardio
20 minutes of strength training using hand weights
20 minutes of stretching and cooling down
 
Cardio will include walking in place and incorporating leg and arm movements to elevate the heart rate. Strength will touch all muscle groups using hand-held weights and resistance bands. Stretching will conclude the class.
 
Modifications are always welcomed.
