Yoga Enhanced Stretch (YES - STRETCH) Beginner - Intermediate  
 
Interested in feeling more relaxed while stretching and gaining strength?   Try this class and learn to calm the "monkey mind," breathing more deeply while slowly stretching to allow greater joint movement, often reducing pain.  Balance poses assist with helping to improve stability and strength.     Standing and floor work is included.  Chairs can be used to modify if getting up and down off the floor is a concern.
