FAST—Funding and Sustainability for Tomorrow
FAST is a proposed amendment to our governing documents designed to update the Initial Contribution Fee (paid by buyers at closing), so Buyers share fairly in Reserve funding, to reduce the pressure on Homeowner Assessments.
Key Dates to Know
Now:
- Confirm the office has an up-to-date email on your HOA account, so that you can receive your electronic ballot. (This is not the same as the Resident Directory).
- Attend a FAST presentation to learn more and ask questions.
January 12th:
- Voting opens. Electronic voting is encouraged.
March 31st:
- Voting closes. Tieivote.com must receive YES votes from 67% of all Sweetgrass addresses for the amendment to pass.
